If you are looking for some great outlines and understanding of building techniques; get this book! Filled with photos and drawings, it covers a lot of ground and gives the reader a good overview of the various systems employed to build housing across the nation. I appreciated the exposure to different techniques and details that I might not get to employ or encounter in my area.
